The dichtol is the mature, ready-to-use polymer impregnation system for the safe, quick sealing of micropores, porosities and hairline cracks in rapid prototyping, 3D printing and additive manufacturing. Thanks to the excellent capillary activity of dichtol, the polymer penetrates deep into the workpiece and hardens there – in addition to sealing and impregnating the surface.

Along with surface refinement, dichtol also helps in improving the workpiece’s properties, including strength and dimensional stability.

Dichtol has a high resistance to physical, chemical and thermal stress, which means the workpiece’s technical properties are completely preserved.

Dichtol can be used for rapid prototyping (functional prototypes), rapid manufacturing (functional components) and for rapid tooling (tools and moulds). Also, it is beneficial for processes and materials when they get treatment with dichtol.
