Electrical insulation layers serve to avoid contact between conductor tracks, protection against environmental influences and premature aging. Our silicone-based dichtol sealers significantly improve the dielectric strength of insulation materials – for example thermal layers – while at the same help seal process-related residual porosities and micro-cracks in the insulation layer with the best possible degree of filling.

The cured product is light and flexible and can, as such, optimally compensate for thermal expansion. The optimal area of application for dichtol is the sealing of electrical insulation layers, such as plasma-sprayed ceramic layers (Al2O3).
