Polymer-based machine foundations: Solid foundation work

Different requirements need their own specific solutions. With different systems, we can offer intelligent alternatives time-consuming conventional methods of gap compensation and cost-optimized levelling of machine foundations.

The products range from the MM1018 polymer system to the fast-curing grouting mortar EP-Flow and extends to the dimensionally stable DWH.
The common aspects among all our solutions is the What all solutions have in common is the clear emphasis on having applications that are not complicated but at the same time are time- and cost-optimized.

For instance, our grouts do not need air curing or post-processing,which would have beenthe case with water-based systems. Also, the shrinkage you usually see in other systems is eliminated.

The metal polymer MM1018, also known as the “liquid lining plate”, maintains its high compressive strength even under extreme conditions, such as strong vibrations or temperature fluctuations from -40 °C to +90 °C. Another strong argument for use in mechanical engineering.

When used on machine foundations, DWH has a high load-bearing capacity of 160 N/mm²,which is an incredible compressive strength. At the same time, it has minimal shrinkage, as low as 0.05%, which is negligible. It also hasfantastic damping properties, best adhesion to metal and durability to aging and weather changes.
