Diamant Triumph

Metal impregnation: Protection signed and sealed

Based on which process they’re being used in, castings tend to have a certain residual porosity as well as microcracks. The sealing polymer dichtol from Diamant Triumph optimizes the tightness of cast parts while it is being applied, which means you won’t need the help of a vacuum or machines.

Seal oil can get into all the pores through capillary activity. It then places itself in the cast and seals it up. You won’t even have to worry about changing temperatures affecting the seal.

Seal oil is extremely resistant to physical, chemical and thermal stress. It is also corrosion and weather resistant. You can be rest assured that even pores from 0 to 0.5 millimeters in diameter that have high pressure tightness and are without vacuum can be sealed. It can also be used on hot surfaces up to 120 °C and is also able to withstand temperatures of up to 300 °C.
