Description
Ultrametal Steel P is a high-quality two-component polymer material for repairing and touching up metals. The solvent-free epoxy resin system has high chemical resistance and does not corrode.

Storage / Shelf Life
You will need to store it in a dry, cool and frost-free place. It has a shelf life of 24 months. You will need to keep it away from direct sunlight as higher temperatures reduce the shelf life.
Preparation / Surface Finish
Roughen adhesion surfaces and clean with our cleaner. The surface must be dry and clean.
Mix
Pour the hardening liquid (#2460) onto the resin component (#2462A) in the specified mixing ratio. Mix manually with a spatula or by machine (propeller mixer, at 125 rpm for 2 minutes) until the hardener has mixed completely with the viscous resin. Material adhering to the walls and bottom of the container must be added to the mixing process by removing it with a suitable tool. The material should be used immediately after mixing.
